Shipping Policy:

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers can take 24hr to update on there system.  In some cases once in a while  USPS doesn’t not scan packages until delivered . My policy is to give it 1-2 weeks in situations like this before contacting them. When you receive shipping confirmation from me, your package was dropped off to USPS the same day.

-Brus Customs is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Each item is inspected before being shipped out. No product leaves Brus Customs  damaged or defective. Should your item get lost, damaged or stolen during shipping, please file a claim with the USPS to further resolve. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim because they will ask for photos.

Buyer is responsible for filing claim!

If your order has been shipped with the wrong address, You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the USPS website. You will be responsible for the fees charged. If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, you will be responsible for the new postage fees. Brus Customs  will not be held responsible if the customer in putting  the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. I am NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.
